I will be running the Blackpool Half Marathon on 1st September to raise money for the Sam Shaw appeal. Sam is a brave little boy with a terrible illness. He needs specialist treatment in America which costs over £250,000. A huge amount has been raised so far but there is still a long way to go, so please dig deep and donate what you can. It'll be worth it just to see the state of me when I finish the 13.1 mile run!
