The RAF Benevolent Fund is the RAF's leading welfare charity. We have been there for all members of the RAF Family for over 100 years. In 2024 we assisted more than 64,000 members of the RAF Family. Support us in 2026 and help us reach even more members of the RAF Family.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

A wise man once said "If it hurts, don't do it!"

Never being one to listen to good advice, I've decided to enter an event that involves 'running'. This concept of motion is alien to me, but what can 100 metres up the inside of a tower do, eh? I mean, come on!

There will be no personal gain to me, other than potential for leaving my breakfast on the steps as I go up.

If you think that this might be worth a laugh, at my expense of course, please donate some cash to the cause.

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Of course, if you decide not to donate, that is your choice. But ask yourself this. Do you really want me to come round your house, in the early hours of the morning and recreate the 'Most Annoying Noise' scene from the film 'Dumb and Dumber'? Of course you don't!

You might even want to have a go a the event yourself. Follow this link thing. http://nakedfundraising.co.uk/storm/

Go on, bung a few quid in the pot, to help support the RAF Benevolent Fund!
