<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="color: #1c1c1c; line-height: 140%; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;">My name is Jon Shaw and my challenge is to complete the Bike Hike on 16<sup>th</sup> July 2011, which is to cycle from Rhyl Events Arena along the coastal route to the foot of Snowdon, a total of 46 miles. From there we will hike 1086 metres / 3560ft to the summit, which is the highest peak in Wales. </span></p>

St Kentigerns Hospice in St. Asaph founded 15 years ago has cared for more than 5000 patients in that time. In the last 12 months the hospice has seen it’s income drop by a staggering £300,000 whilst the cost for providing care has risen by 10% annually. The Hospice is reliant on donations, and the support of the local community raising vital funds.</span></p>
