I am an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor working at Headley court which is the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre in Surrey. On a daily basis I see servicemen/women face some of the hugest challenges that I could ever imagine. Coming back from an injury when you are at the height of your peak fitness is amazing but having to deal with the loss of limbs is outstanding. The great work that is provided by Help for Heroes, helping the rehabilitation of service personnel is indescribable. On 10th April 2011 I am going to spend over 8 hours remembering all the sacrifice that service personnel have made by swimming over 3600 metres in the new Help for Heroes swimming pool, cycling 50 miles from Headley Court to Brighton, then running 26.2 miles in the Brighton Marathon... All for Helpforheroes. How are you going to show you appreciation? Please make a donation and help make a difference for a Hero.
