I haven't cycled in years and so I'm pretty sure this will hurt quite a bit.  I don't imagine it will be particularly pretty either, but there are 2 reasons why I also think its a good idea: 1. it's good to laugh at yourself and 2. The work CAP does across the country is needed so much at this time.

CAP supports people who are in financial difficulty.  For many, this has a huge impact on their state of mind, health and family.  CAP doesn't provide handouts but instead helps people get to grips with their finances and come up with a long term (but importantly a realistic) plan to re-pay their debts.  CAP offers debt support and debt counselling completely free of charge to anyone who needs it and, person by person, is helping people to turn their lives around.
