Well I did it!!!  I successfully managed a tandem skydive, jumping from a plane from 14,000ft, and it was amazing!!! There is no way to describe the feeling you get falling through the sky over 100mph!! It’s the best thing I have ever done!!

Have managed to get a few pictures and a video of my jump uploaded.

Get Connected is the free helpline for these young people, who know they need help but don't know where to find it. People can talk to Get Connected by phone, email and webchat any day of the year. The Helpline Volunteers are fully trained to support each young person in their unique situation, and help them choose the best service from over 13,000 in the UK. Get Connected is the vital gateway between a distressing, confusing problem the young person can't solve on their own and the service that can help them solve it. Crucially, the connection they make for each young person to their chosen source of help is free as well.

 

What your support can achieve

It costs just £6.50 to support one vulnerable young person and find them the help they desperately need.

It costs just £25.00 to fund a 4 hour shift, where one of our dedicated Volunteer Helpline Workers (trained to support each young person in their unique situation) will be able to help 10 young people who are in difficult or dangerous situations.  

It costs just £100.00 to tell 100 young people about our service, so that they know where to turn when they encounter any crisis.
