On Sunday 20th September, with more than 40000 others,  I'm attempting to successfully complete the 25th Dam tot damloop - that is a run from Amsterdam to Zaandam, a total of 10 English miles (16km). 

When I signed up for this, some time ago, I thought 10 EM would be easy - but weeks of rather eratic preparation have told me it's not...far from it.

Anyway I'd be very grateful if you would consider sponsoring me  - all donations will go to support the hard work being done by the charity Education for All to improve the opportunites and lives of girls in rural Morocco.
