What the
!
"Well you have had a Stroke" said the cardiologist sitting on the end of my hospital bed! As much as I was in denial her words cut deep Mr Fitness I thought a Stroke? "the MRI has shown some damage to the back of your brain" WHAT! But I live a healthy lifestyle I'm a personal trainer for goodness sake, she continued "well if you had not been as fit and healthy, we may have been looking at a different scenario"

After Countless test's cardiologists diagnosed
'
Hereditary Hypertension' it's a real challenge to manage my blood pressure, to be honest it's a pain, but seeing as no significant improvements can be made by changing my lifestyle the drugs seem to be the only way to manage a bum deal, well that life…after Stroke!

My mission is to control my blood pressure and reduce my risk of another Stroke, my quest is to find the way that doesn't rely on drugs.

So please even if you don't wish to donate any money gently nudge your loved one's, young or old to get a blood pressure check, it may well save their life!
