Walking & Talking: Hadrian's Wall and the Israeli Separation Barrier · 15 July 2013

We offer advice, resources and services to Quaker meetings. We work to build public awareness of who Quakers are and of the things that matter to us. We act on Quaker concerns at home and abroad, helping to change our world for the better by promoting peace, justice, equality and sustainability.

Story

For 3 months last year, we were part of a 30-strong group of Ecumenical Accompaniers with the Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel (EAPPI).

Ecumenical Accompaniers (EAs) provide
• protective presence,
• human rights monitoring,
• encouragement of churches and
• support of Israeli and Palestinian peace activists.

In Britain and Ireland, Quaker Peace and Social Witness runs EAPPI on behalf of the World Council of Churches.

Every penny you give here will go directly to the Quakers (plus any GiftAid) to help others to go as EAs to Palestine Israel and come back to share their experience.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Best wishes,

Jane Harries and Jonathan Adams
