Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.  On the 7th November 2010 I will be taking part in the ING New York City Marathon.  This will be my first ever marathon attempt!!!

I want to raise as much money and awareness for the National Ankylosing Spondylitis Society (NASS) as  possible.   Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) is a type of chronic athritis that affects the bones, muscles and ligaments of the spine.  NASS is a great charity which provides support and advice for those who have been diagnosed with the condition, such as myself.  Due to advances in medicine my condition seems to be in remission so while I’m fighting fit again I thought why not get my running shoes back on and do a marathon for this worthy cause!!!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Many thanks in advance for your support

Jonathan
