Update: Capesthorn Hall Trialthlon 2011: I have now completed the 2nd of my Triathlons in a time of 1hr 46mins. This was a longer course than the original and was a bit more of a challenge. 

 

SWIM: 750m
BIKE: 26km
RUN: 5km

 

I am very pleased to have completed it and also very pleased with my time. Almost reached my target too! 78% so far! With your help I will make it to the £1000!

I have already raised 72% of my target with my first event - Tatton Park Triathlon. I completed this in 1hr 31 mins 05 secs and was very pleased with myself, although very tired! A massive Thank You to all those that have already sponsored me! 

 

I am still short of the overall target and so have entered another triathlon on the 2nd October at Capesthorne Hall in Cheshire.

 

So please, if you have not already donated to my first event, donate to this one and help me reach my goal of £1000! If you have already donated - why not give a little more - come on, you know you want to! :-)
