On the 1st of October I am undertaking my biggest and most chaotic fitness test to date: to cycle, run and canoe 50 kilometers in the ring of Kerry during the Killarney Adventure Quest. This consists of: 35k Cycle, 1km Canoeing, 8k run and 6k cycle.

I'm doing this as part of a Fields of Life team with the goal of increasing access to clean water in Africa - so that people can spend more time in school and less time walking to get water. 

For my part I am looking to raise €500, if 10 people sponsor me €1 per kilometer we would be sorted in no time.
