On Sunday 17th October 2010, I shall again be running (or as I like to call it: 'walking') around Battersea Park London, to help The Frost Foundation Children's charity. Please sponsor me in my fundraising efforts.

This year's training programme has involved me pushing our new baby William in his pram around Highgate Woods and further afield during daylight hours. I've also conducted numerous pacifying night-time walks with William around the house. I've been assured this will help my fitness regime if not my ear drums.
