I am spending the weekend 3rd-5th June cycling the South Downs Way (110 miles off road) along with a bunch of intrepid and handsome fellas (James & Tim: that's you). I will be raising money for the Evening Argus Appeal, a charity that has been giving help to the needy and disadvantaged in our local community for the last 50 years. During this process I hope to raise about £500 for this great local charity and avoid breaking any bones.
