If you fancy turning up, its Sunday 6th December, meeting at 11 am, Regent's Park, opposite the Mosque. Once round the park, 2.7 miles, 4.4km, then off to the pub. Babies and pregnant women welcome. Running not obligatory. Pub afterwards for a smug and smelly lunch.
