I am running in an event on Saturday 5 December called the Grim Challenge.  It's "Grim" for a reason.  It's not just an ordinary run, but rather it is a gruelling challenge over 8 miles on the army base at Aldershot involving cargo nets, steep hills, difficult terrain and through deep (and ice cold) water.  The video clip on this page gives you an idea of what I have let myself in for.
