I am going to complete a 53Kilometer row on a rowing machine in hope to get sponsorship towards the British Lung Foundation.

The 53K row will tax my Lungs and really make me appretiate the job they do for us.

 

So if you would be kind enough to put your hand in your pocket and sponsor me that would be great.

Or if you want to pay money to see me go through some real pain, thats great too, just as long as you give to this very worthy charity.

The row will take around 5 hours to complete the 53K, and i will burn off inexcess of 3000Calories.

I will be performing the row on the 27th February 2010.
