On Saturday March 19th, I am taking part in the Coniston14 - a 14 mile run around Lake Coniston in the Lake District - along with a number of colleagues from Coutts. I am attempting the challenge to raise money for Carers UK, the Coutts Charity of the Year. Carers UK supports carers around the UK, who give up their time to care for vulnerable individuals. A small donation can make a huge difference.

As a team, my colleagues and I have a target of raising £28,000 for Carers UK and Sport Relief, and therefore your support is very much appreciated.
