London Marathon 2018 · 22 April 2018 ·

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

I will be running the London Marathon this April dressed as a slightly overweight 27 year old (or just me!), however for a large donation any costume will be considered.  Please sponsor me and come down to cheer on the Jogging 4 Jo team. If you make the trip to London it will be best to stand somewhere before the mile 10 point to guarantee seeing me!

Thank you for looking at my story and make sure you look at the Jogging 4 Jo page for the serious side of what we're working for, the link is above next to team.

I know you will most likely know the story, but for two years the TCT supported the beautiful Jo in her fight against Leukaemia. They also reached out to friends and family and I really cannot thank them enough. The work they do continues to provide care and support for young people at the most desperate of times. Spacious rooms are provided so friends and family can stay overnight and social spaces to make lasting memories together. The team of nurses became like family and we were made to feel at home throughout the long stays. I would like to repay their kindness and generosity.
