Kilimanjaro Trek · 3 October 2019

CAFT helps children aged 17 and under who through no fault of their own miss out on the normalities of childhood. A free day visit, residential stay or themed visit, provides these children with a much needed opportunity to have fun & laughter and to simply enjoy being children.

Story

Thanks for taking a look at my Just Giving Page.

In October 2019 I’m taking on Africa’s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro. We are taking the Machame route which is going to take five days and one night to complete the 38.5 mile journey to hit the summit at 5895m - nearly 20,000 feet!

We’re doing this to raise vital funds for the brilliant Children’s Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT).

CAFT are a Cheshire based charity who provide a variety of programmes for terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children all over the North West.

The needs of the children visiting the Adventure Farm range from complex and severe physical and learning disabilities, sensory impairments and terminal illnesses through to children who act as Carers for a family member, those dealing with bereavement and children who have been victims of abuse.

We want to raise a huge £20,000 for CAFT and to do so - we need your support.

Thank you for donating - Jordan
