All of these people - a lot us admire, look up to, or aspire to be like - have died from Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia.

My grandad can be added to this list, and he is someone I admired, looked up to, and still aspire to be like.

This is why I raise money for Alzheimer's Society, and this is why I'm running Tough Mudder this year and asking for your sponsorship.
