CB Challenge 2018 · 7 September 2018 ·

Mental Health UK works in schools, homes and workplaces to build a thriving UK where good mental health is prioritised. We challenge the systems and situations that hold people back, and equip them with tools and advice to unlock their full potential.

Story

On Friday 7th September I will be competing with three colleagues in the CB Challenge 2018 to help raise money for Mental Health UK taking on a number of both physical and mental challenges including hurdles, wall climbing and a range of tests and puzzles. There are many water based challenges as well so here’s hoping this lovely Summer weather will last until September 7th!

We will greatly appreciate any donations, big or small, that you can make to help our cause. Lloyds will also match our total donation up to £2000 so all the more reason to give generously.

Mental Health UK works across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland to improve the lives of people with mental illness, and to support carers. The partnership with Lloyds have allowed Mental Health UK to launch the Mental Health & Money Advice service, the UK’s first advice service designed to help people understand, manage and improve their financial and mental health
