Next week I'll be taking part in the RAG Sleep Out 2015 to raise as much money as possible for Julian House. In sleeping outside the library  and enduring  the adverse weather conditions that make Bath the city we all know and love, I hope to gain a bit more of an understanding of the challenges homeless people face each night.

All too often we walk past homeless people, silently assuming that we know what landed them in that situation and normally believing there is nothing we can do to help. Most of the time, these people just need to be given a helping hand to get back on their feet. If you take the time to talk to them, they're just normal, decent people who are facing challenges that you or I don't have to.

Please give anything you can, no amount is too small! Thank you, love you!
