Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. After watching my first London Marathon nine years ago and seeing so many people taking part to raise money for charity I was determined to one day take part myself.

I applied several times but was not successful until this year when a friend told me about L'Arche looking for a volunteer to take part for their charity. I first became aware of L'Arche six years ago when living in West Norwood when my wife told me about visiting their work shop and seeing the great work they did.

I came to London twelve years ago from Spain and am now happily married and awaiting the birth of my first baby daughter. I am a Gardener working in Central London and have taken part in several local charity runs raising money and the London Marathon will be the icing on the cake. My training is going well and I aim to raise as much money as possible for such a well deserved charity as L'Arche.
