On July 29th 2010, myself and 9 other cyclists will set out from Lands End bound for John O’Groat’s.
We aim
to do the thousand mile trip in 10 days covering a daily distance of around one
hundred miles.
I am doing this to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Care and the
long awaited New Hall at my school.
So far we have done ten practice training rides with the most recent being two days covering a total distance of 160 miles. Still not as much as we will need to do on the actual ride though.... I have become a member of Gloucester City Cycling Club, and I ride with them regularly on a Sunday morning.
