I'm running the Great South Run this year in aid of Hoveraid.  Its a great cause so please be generous.

The run is 10 miles, and I'm aiming to do it in 1:30.  If you feel like giving me some speed dependant sponsorship, feel free - I'm sure the extra motivation will help.
