I’m doing this walk for my beautiful, strong and well-remembered grandmother, Doreen who lost her battle to cancer on the 17th of April 2008. Weston Park gave my Nannan the best possible life with her illness and made us all feel safe knowing she was in the hands of loving and caring people. 

This one is for you Nannan, I love you with all my heart ❤️
