This is the second year I have taken part in The Great Curry Run.  This year I am raising money for the charity Medicins sans Frontiers.   Founded in 1971, the charity has medics in all of the world's most desperate crisis zones, often working with minimal support and with grave threats to their personal security.   Facing an ever-present threat of murder or kidnap, the organisation was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999.
