Story

Howdy! Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Me and a friend Joe have ran the London marathon(!) in order to support the charity Sense. It supports people with hearing and visual impairments and helps them to lead more fulfilling lives. This is a charity particularly close to Joe as he has a hearing impairment himself. The only snag is a rather large sum that I have to raise for Sense in order to put myself through the gruelling blend of endless training and too-tight shorts. It really is a brilliant cause and any amount you give (the more the better) will genuinely benefit those who haven't been as lucky in life as I have.

Thanks very much for your generosity and it's not too late to donate, even though I successfully reached the finish line, and have the blisters to prove it.

Despite sustaining inury just 4 weeks before the start which put me out of training for the 4 weeks prior I ran it in 4.22 which I feel is very respectable! I couldn't have done it without all your encouragement too, so a really big thank you from me.
