My story

So what is the double decathlon?
Well I must admit it is not a marathon or and iron man but rather an event that is not pure endurance nor technique but requires power strength, and agilty.
Day 1:
- 100 meters
- Long jump
- 200 meter hurdles
- Shot Put
- 5000 meters
- pause
- 800 meters
- High jump
- 400 metres
- Hammer throw
- 3000 meter steeplechase
Day 2:
- 110 meter hurdles
- Discus throw
- 200 meters
- Pole Vault
- 3000 metres
- pause
- 400 meter hurdles
- Javelin throw
- 1500 metres
- Triple jump
- 10000 m
Why am I doing this?
Purely out of the love of athletics and to see how well i'd fare, however to spur me on and make sure I complete it I have decided to compete for charity. I have chosen two worthy charities in my eyes that I hope you will chose at least one to sponsor me for. (http://www.justgiving.com/Josh-Mouland). The more you guys can raise the more I will have to pull my finger out and perform.
