I'm trekking up Snowdon in Wales which is the biggest mountain in England+Wales, it's about 1000m/3500ft high (which is going to be a mission for my unfit fat body).
It's for a good cause: The Sophie's Appeal (www.sophiesappeal.org) which aims " to raise funds to support the social, emotional and educational welfare of sick children and their families or carers whilst being treated either in hospital or the community".
