Dear Family and Friends,

As some of you may already know, in a brief moment of insanity I have signed up to take part in the Tesco Firewalk on Wednesday, December 5to help raise money for Tesco charity of the year “Cancer Research UK”.

I am hoping my experience walking barefoot across a bed of hot sand to reach my sun lounger is enough training I need for when my time comes to walk the lane of coals (between 15-20ft long and 2-3ft wide, reaching temperatures of over 400-600 degrees)!
