In August 2018 I will trekking 100 km in the Arctic Circle in Greenland to raise money for WaterAid. 

I'm excited to have the opportunity to hike through untamed land, some of which is untouched by human civilization. 80% of landmass is covered in ice, the hike will cover multiple terrains such as tundra and glaciers - camping in cold conditions, surviving on basic meals and cut off from all modern conveniences we take for granted.

I am a little nervous knowing that I have to cover 20 km a day, though I've started training already to prepare. As part of my training, I've created a list of local hikes that I want to do which is ticking off a few items on my bucket list.

As part of the hike, I will be fundraising for a very worthy cause. WaterAid is a non-profit that provides access to clean drinking water and sanitation throughout the developing world. This trek is raising money to provide life changing access to water and sanitation. 

We need to raise at least $1,000 USD as part of the commitment to the hike, though my goal is to raise as much as possible. I am asking if you can help me support WaterAid and my fundraising goal. All contribution would be greatly appreciated, any amount will help. 100% of your donation goes directly to the WaterAid upon submission.
