Juanita's 100KM Andean Volcano Challenge · 2 January 2020

Leading the way to a better quality of life for everyone severely affected by mental illness.

Story

In March, I will be trekking 100km over 5 days through the Andes Mountains with 99 other HSBC colleagues from around the world. Collectively, we are aiming to raise $350K for mental health charities around the world.

1 in 4 people will experience mental illness in their lifetime - it is not as uncommon as you think.

I'm trekking to raise funds for Rethink Mental Illness (http:amh.org.uk/) which strives to improve the live of people severely affected by  mental illness through their network of local groups & services, expert information and successful campaigning. Goal is to make sure everyone affected by severe mental illness has a good quality of life.

I hope you will join me I supporting Rethink mental Illness! I will update my page with photos after the trek to share my experience with you.
