I am participating in a 100km trek across the Namibian desert from 18th - 25th September with 23 other women to raise funds for Fredericks Foundation.

Fredericks Foundation is a charity that helps disadvantaged people to start their own business as a means to achieve financial independence and renewed confidence and self-esteem.  Fredericks offers microloans of up to £5000 and the business support that enables people to turn their vision into reality. Currently Fredericks Foundation has funded nearly 500 businesses and is acknowledged as having one of the lowest cost bases for its output.  Your donation whatever the size will make a massive difference to people.  Thanks for your support!
