UPDATE

Unfortunately due to an ankle injury I am not able to participate in this years Run to the Beat half marathon - I will do it one day though!!

 

As you probably know I've participated in a few 5km and 10 km runs over the last couple of years.

Always up for a challenge, I started training with a few peeps from the gym who were entering the Run to the Beat half marathon - as I began to run the longer distances I started to quite enjoy it (what?) and so here I am now signed up to run it myself!!

I am raising money for a local Colchester-based charity HEADWAY who provide information, support, and services by improving the quality of life for people living with brain injuries, as well as their families, and carers.

The run takes place in London, from the O2 arena on September 27th
