Hello,

When I started work at Bupa last year my new colleagues tried to persuade me to take part in the Bupa 10,000 run with them despite the fact it was only a few weeks away. I fobbed them off with "next year, next year..." not realising they'd take me at my word.

So this year's race is fast approaching and we're all signed up and busy training. With the added incentive that we're supporting a charity for a colleague who has just finished treatment for breast cancer. So please dig deep and donate now.
