Firstly Thank you to everyone who has continued to support and sponsor me over the last few years with my Race for Life and 10k running races. Well Ladies and Gents I am asking just one more time please for your kindness , generosity and support as I am now going for the biggest challenge of my life "The London Marathon 2010". This will be the one and only time I do this so I want to get it right and raise as much as I can for my chosen charity SANDS.

SANDS - Stillborn and Neonatal Death Society is a relatively small charity but one which does extremely important work, not only with the research it carries out but offering support to parents who have suffered the traumatic loss of a baby. This charity has suppported some very close friends of mine and I would like to do my best for them by raising money to help SANDS continue their valuable work. So this is for the memory of little baby Jack.

The final amount raised will be split 50/50 between SANDs National and Surrey SANDS who supported and looked after my friends.
