Im running the great south run Sunday 25th October in aid of Age Concern PORTSMOUTH! They really need our help and are currently under threat of being shut down.  So they need our help more than ever at the moment.

Please donate what ever you can, as this will make me running TEN MILES worth while!  If you can donate a £1 or £10 no donation is too small or too big.  I really appreciate your support!
