Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have been running since Easter 2009 with a group of friends and we have tucked a few unofficial 5km runs under our belt.  But now we are upping the distance (and the pain!) and have decided to do a 10km run which is approximately an hour of running.  The terrain we're covering is over Wisley and Ockham common so it's hilly, full of gorse and muddy!  What joy! 

I am going to be raising funds for Compassion UK which is an evangelical Christian child development ministry dedicated to addressing the needs of children living in poverty around the world. Compassion's sponsorship programmes are Christ centred, child focused and church based.  We sponsor a little Ugandan boy called Herbert who is a year younger than Megan and is adorable!
