Help me SHINE FOR KATHERINE, whose determination to beat cancer is utterly inspiring.  Katherine has shone through the past year and a half and shown so many people how you can fight this thing.  If we all try to shine a little bit for our friends or family who have cancer we can help them fight a little bit harder.  

I am hopelessly unfit but will do this thing on Saturday.  I can't make Katherine beter but I can help keep her spirits high!
