My story

Yahoooooooo, I made it to the top, and it was FAB, thanks to everyone for their kind support for a fantastic cause, we really all have made a huge difference to these fantastic kids. THANKS x

Hello folks,
Hope this brief page finds everyone well...Now read the following and help me out PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE..as I am off on another crazy fund raising event.

The Mission – To build and renovate schools in Kenya for secondary education

Why – Because if we help these children to help themselves and get an education, then they can return and help their people with their chosen skill, they stop hunting bush meat which is important to wildlife conservation and their country.

What is the plan – Well, my good self and 11 trusty chums are off on a jaunt to the dizzy heights of Mount Kilimanjaro 5,891.8 meters and temperatures dropping to MINUS FORTY degrees Brrrrrr, to raise funds for the above worth while charity.

How much –
Did you know it cost 1,200 GBP to educate, feed, clothe and water a child for four years...that’s right 300.00 GBP per year. So the troops and I are on a mission to raise 85,000 quid to put as many children through secondary education.

How can you help – Please take a moment before you go any further and ask yourself if giving just 10% of a night out to help what we all believe to be extremely worth while project is possible, then in the words of NIKE...Just Do It, and the Meercat says ........ “Simples”

Or go to http://www.schoolsforkenya.com/ which gives you the real picture as to why we are doing the treck.
