Today there's over 12,000 slaves in the UK and 35 million worldwide. Trafficking in human beings is one of the greatest scandals and tragedies of our age.

I’m taking on two challenges, first with Lucy and as part of a group from Christ Church New Malden the WOLF Run (http://thewolfrun.com/) a 10k run and swim across natural terrain, including woodland, lakes & thick oozy mud, while tackling a series of tough obstacles.

Then in Early May the London West Tough Mudder with some old friends. This is a half marathon with obstacles that make me grimace just thinking about them (https://toughmudder.co.uk/obstacles).

I know there are many requests for sponsorship but any donation is greatly received in support of Hope for Justice as they take a practical approach to ending slavery - identifying and rescuing victims, advocating on their behalf, providing restorative care which rebuilds lives and training frontline professionals to tackle slavery. Not only that but you’d be helping me, as I try to rid myself of the extra chins!
