As you will know by now, I have committed to joining Lawrence Dallaglio on the 5th Leg of his 'Cycle Slam' (www.dallagliocycleslam.com) in March 2010. The 5th leg involves a 550km cycle ride, over 6 days, from Rosslare (Southern Ireland) through to Edinburgh, taking in Dublin en-route.
This is a huge challenge for me and I hope to raise as much money as possible in the process. The money raised is going to be split equally between Sport Relief and The Dallaglio Foundation, details of which can be found at the following locations:
