I have now run my first Half Marathon!  Just over 13 miles (21k) in 2 hours 38 minutes and 21 seconds - not quite meeting my target of under 2 hours 30, but I'll post a photo of my blisters tomorrow so you can see what slowed me up!

I am raising money for Willow Wood Hospice. My company Fluid Creativity is working on a rebrand for them, which is how I met their hugely hard-working and cheery fundraising team.  It would be great to help them a small part of the way to the massive amount of money they have to raise every year.

Please dig deep and make my blisters worthwhile - thank you!
