On the 1st March 2020, I will be trekking 100km with 99 other work colleagues through the high altitude volcano region in Ecuador.

With no access to typical facilities, we will each be carrying our own personal equipment and camping gear for 5 days, sleeping rough in the middle of nowhere, to raise money and awareness for mental health.
