Some of the nurses from work decided that the Commando Challenge would be good fun and somehow managed to talk me into joining them.

The challenge involves a 4km assault course running through mud and water, climbing through tunnels and being fully submerged under water. 

At some point I plan to do a bit of training to try and make sure I'm fit enough to make it to the end, but we'll see.

We are raising money for Devon Air Ambulance, a really worthy cause. I'd really appreciate donations of any pennies you can spare.
