On Sunday 20^th February I will be taking part in the Brecon to Cardiff Ultra Marathon a 70km race (43 miles). This will be both physical & mental challenge with 5 timed check points/cut off points along the route.

5 weeks later on Sunday 27^th March I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon

I hope to raise much needed funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust
