Hello everyone,

My son Harry sadly passed away in June 2013. He bravely battled a rare liver cancer for two years and was an inspiration to all those around him.

 To help with the grieving process, my son Joshua myself and our friends decided we wanted to do some fundraising for Clic Sargent because we wanted to say "Thank you" for all the support they gave us during this hard time.

Clic Sargent provided holidays and days out so we could build memories to keep forever. They also provided invaluable support for my family and I during a difficult period of our lives. I am raising money to help further their cause in the hope that they can continue to help others like they have helped us.

At first, I was going to do a bike ride across Cambodia in October 2014 but when the time arrived, I found that I was not emotionally ready to complete such a huge challenge so soon.

Two months ago I was contacted by Clic Sargent asking if I would like to take part in a new challenge; this time, walking the Great Wall of China.
As this is a childhood dream, I couldn't say no and this year, find myself in a much better place to take advantage of this opportunity.

A huge thanks to all those that supported this cause the first time around in 2014, the money has remained with just giving until I was ready to take on the next appropriate challenge.
