Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
You should by now be aware that on 27th September, 2009 I attempted a Tandem skydive with my son and two of his friends. Andrew knows to well what support CLAN is able to offer to anyone affected by Cancer and this challenge had initially been his idea. I agreed to support him along with his two good friends Emma & Nick ! Unfortunately, weather conditions did not allow us to go ahead so we have rescheduled for Sunday 31st January 2010 (thermals at the ready!) As I work for CLAN and we have a small target of raising 3 million pounds in the next 2 years to build a new cancer support centre, we decided there was an obvious cause to receive any funds we raise! CLAN's new support centre will offer lot's more services and accommodation to anyone affected by cancer. For those of you who do not know about CLAN please visit http://www.clanhouse.org/ for more details. We are only able to subsidise some of the jump ourselves, so as much money we can raise the better and which will therefore go direct to CLAN!! So Dig Deep and Sponsor our "New Year Nonsense"! We have also increased our target to help CLAN further and make up for the time delay!!!!
